Meet Chef Tsai
Chef Ming Tsai is at the helm of ANG. He began his career in Bali's culinary scene in 2008. Throughout his career, he has mastered all four cornerstones of Chinese cooking ranging from dim-sum, Chinese barbecue, wok-cooking to knife work. His continuous love and craft had led him to embark on a mission to elevate the flavours of different regions, now embodied in ANG Restaurant.
